Mobile Counseling
We come to you.
Transportation should never be a barrier to mental health care. NARCO's mobile counseling unit brings a licensed professional counselor directly to veterans and individuals across the Dallas–Fort Worth area — free of charge.
Why It Matters
The hardest step is showing up.
For many veterans and individuals dealing with mental health challenges, the barriers to care go beyond cost. Physical disabilities, PTSD-related agoraphobia, lack of transportation, and demanding schedules all prevent people from walking through a clinic door.
NARCO's mobile counseling program removes those barriers entirely. Our licensed counselor travels to you — whether that's your home, a community space, or another location that feels safe and accessible.
The same professional, evidence-based therapy available at our facility — delivered wherever you need it.

Scale & Impact
One unit. 11,520 lives per year.
Each mobile counseling unit operates at full capacity conducting 24 sessions per week — serving 240+ individuals weekly and more than 11,500 annually at a cost of less than $350 per person per year.
NARCO's national plan calls for 10 mobile units deployed across the highest-need metro areas in America. Each unit requires $1,000,000 per year in funding — covering the vehicle, personnel, equipment, operations, and insurance necessary to serve thousands of people who would otherwise go without care.
