Years of Leadership Experience

Why We Exist

Born from loss.
Driven by purpose.

"As a result of this tragedy, our family's struggles, and the observed shortfalls in therapeutic treatment availability nationwide, I am developing counseling centers, free of charge, for service members, vets, and any family members who need help."

Todd Condiff is the Gold Star father of Staff Sergeant Cole Condiff, an Air Force Special Operations Combat Controller who was killed in action. Cole's daughters continue to carry the weight of their loss, working through grief in therapy sessions that Todd knows are transformative — and that too many families can never access.

With 35+ years of business experience, Todd founded NARCO to build a nationwide network of free mental health services — so no family has to face these battles alone, and no veteran falls through the cracks of a system that should protect them.
