Free Group Therapy
Structured group sessions 4–5 days per week in a safe, inclusive environment. Groups of up to 10 participants work through shared challenges with the guidance of a licensed counselor.
Group therapy provides community, peer understanding, and the powerful healing that comes from knowing you are not alone. Sessions cover depression, anger management, relationship issues, and community wellness.
